How can I find out about upcoming events at the Seymour?

YOUR VISIT
When do the foyers open?
Our foyers open one hour prior to the start time of each event.
When do the theatre doors open?
The theatre doors open 10 to 15 minutes prior to the start time of each event.
Can I photograph or film an event?
Photography and filming is prohibited for most events, although conditions differ. Please check your event page for further details.
I lost something at the venue. What do I do?
Lost property is collected and held at Stage Door. Please call 02 9351 7944 or email stagedoor@seymour.sydney.edu.au to check if your property has been found.
Is there a cloak room?
No, Seymour Centre does not have a cloak room, please keep your bags and personal items to a minimum.
Can I leave my children unattended?
All children below 12 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian into the theatre. Children 13 years or over can attend performances unaccompanied, however, the venue cannot take responsibility for their safety.
BOOKING INFORMATION
I lost my ticket. What do I do?
Visit the Box Office in the hour prior to your event. Present your ID and once we have verified that it matches your lost tickets, we will print replacement tickets for you. We will not replace lost tickets purchased from an unauthorised seller or a reseller.
My event has been cancelled. What do I do?
Sometimes circumstances require us to cancel an event. In this instance, the Box Office will contact you to advise next steps.
What age can a child sit on a guardian's lap?
Children under the age of 2 years may sit on a guardian's lap free of charge for most events at Seymour Centre. Check your event webpage for more information.
