We are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead in the successful management of our food and beverage outlets. This position involves the management of staff, the hiring and rostering processes, administration of suppliers and stock levels, and assisting in catered events.
Given the dynamic nature of events, this role requires flexibility in the ability to work evenings and weekends.
