Ben Andrews
Designer, Trophy Boys
Ben Andrews is a Melbourne-based independent theatre producer bringing a rich blend of technical and creative expertise to his work. Performing since age 3, Ben transitioned to behind-the-scenes roles, studying Screen (Film + Television) at RMIT, Graphic Design at TGDS, Sound Design at RADA, and Lighting Design at Guildhall, all while continuing to perform and enhance his acting skills at the 16th St Actors Studio.
Ben is dedicated to nurturing artists and stories, particularly focusing on young talent. His experience includes producing and performing in RMIT's Kids' Show, coordinating and performing in the Camp Quality Puppet show, managing venues for Stage School Australia, and running the RMIT Creative Performing Arts program. Additionally, he builds props and sets for a well-funded private school.
Ben is also the proud founder of The Maybe Pile, a production company focusing on supporting emerging artists and stories. Besides the widely-acclaimed Trophy Boys, his notable theatre work includes:
