Perpetual Motion

16 - 20 Sep 2024

Past Event

The 2024 NSW Public Schools State Dance Festival "Perpetual Motion" is a showcase of choreographed dance works representing items from each local dance festival across NSW. The festival program features five different programs across five evening shows, celebrating the creative talents of teachers and over 1,500 public school students from Kindergarten to Year 12.

During the week, there are numerous opportunities for students to attend the festival's workshop program, which offers dance classes in a variety of styles. Additionally, a professional development day for teachers, focusing on choreography, will be taught by key industry professionals.
