The 2023 NSW Public Schools State Dance Festival "Perspective" is a showcase of exemplary dance, celebrating the creative talents of teachers and over 1500 public school students from Kindergarten to Year 12 from across NSW. The Festival program encompasses six performances including a Schools Matinee on Friday 15 September.
During the week there are many opportunities for students to attend the festival workshop program which offers dance classes in a variety of styles as well as a masterclass program for teachers, focusing on choreography, taught by key industry professionals.
